This bobblehead features Colonel Rock IV, the official live mascot for Western Illinois University. Colonel Rock IV took over mascot responsibilities on June 7, 2018. He can be found at home football and basketball games, in addition to other Leatherneck Athletic events throughout the year. He will also pop up at campus events to help generate the powerful Leatherneck pride present in Macomb. This is the first bobblehead featuring Colonel Rock IV and is officially licensed.
